Discounts for Nonprofits & Academics
There are so many awesome nonprofits in Kitchener-Waterloo and beyond that are always working hard to make the world a better place. At CryoDragon, we support charitable causes and nonprofit efforts. We know that it’s important to get your name out there and save as much money as you can to focus on your cause.
Outside of charitable efforts, our team has strong roots in academics and education. Students and researchers around the world perform groundbreaking and novel research that will shape our futures. We try to help with all academic endeavours from manuscript figures to journal covers.
We offer an ongoing charity website discount of 15% for qualifying organizations. Same or custom discounts are offered for academic, research-based projects from universities.
Please note that you will have to meet our eligibility requirements below for our discounts, and they are limited to specific services like websites and graphics.

Nonprofit Discounts
In general, we try to support most charitable causes in their web and graphic design projects. Some key requirements are as follows:
- Provide documentation for not-for-profit or charitable status in North America
- Organizations should be not-for-profit, charitable, non-government, non-academic, non-commercial, non-political, and have no religious affiliation
CryoDragon reserves the right to determine whether to offer the nonprofit discount depending on the type and breadth of services required.

Academic & Educational Discounts
Due to CryoDragon’s close ties to education, we have chosen to offer an academic discount for research-based projects. We don’t have a set academic discount for each project, but we will try out utmost best to help you meet your budget and provide you with the best service for your limited funding.
This is perfect for students and research groups looking for high-quality scientific illustrations for their publications, or those wishing to showcase their labs and research groups. Here are some eligibility requirements:
- Are a registered student and/or researcher at an educational institution
- End result of the work will be of benefit to the research group in the form of a website or journal article
CryoDragon does not provide academic discounts for projects whose end result is a for-profit outcome (such as textbooks, products, etc.).
