CryoDragon believes in giving back to our communities. We also believe that all non-profits in the world have the potential to make a huge difference in their communities.
On top of our regular nonprofit discount, we try to donate a website every year or two to a non-profit organization that is in need of a website overhaul and lacks the funds to do so. Yes, a FREE website for a great cause.
Applications for our charitable donations are accepted on a regular basis and kept for review each year. Final decisions are usually made in the month of May based on our availability for the following year.
Are you eligible for our charitable website donation?
There are so many worthwhile nonprofits in the world that impact their own communities and beyond. Since this is a charitable donation, we have come up with some basic requirements to help focus our help towards nonprofits who are either new or lack the funds to create a professional website.
When we donate a website, we are limited in the amount of work that can be provided. All of our charitable donations will be based off of the Frozen package, which involves the customization of a premium CMS theme to reflect the nonprofit’s brand. Any additional services outside the scope of this package may involve additional costs. There are also other considerations to be aware of, because even though we can deliver a FREE website.

Yes, it is absolutely free as long as you follow our website design criteria. We love helping non-profits, You will be getting a website based off of the Frozen website design package as well as a few pages. We work with you, just like any other client we have, to design a customized site for your non-profit.
Of course! If you already have ideas for what you want for a logo or brand, then we can help! In most cases, we can help upgrade or vectorize your logo as part of our donation at no extra cost. If a brand new logo has to be created with multiple rounds of revisions, any costs will be mutually agreed upon through the contract process.
In terms of the cost of the web design and development, there are no hidden costs at all. Our services are provided for free. However, that doesn’t mean third-party services are free. For example, a website must have a domain and be hosted through a web server. Domain names and web hosting packages do not come free as they are rentals from third parties that we all have to pay for on a monthly or annual basis.
With CryoDragon, we give you the option of getting a domain and hosting through us for a discounted cost (in which case you would pay us for website hosting/domain services), or we can launch to your preferred servers if you go with someone else (like A2 Hosting, GreenGeeks, GoDaddy, etc.). These are unrelated to the web design and development donation and are required to launch a website.
If you meet our eligibility criteria, then we invite you to apply through our online application form. We review all entries on an ongoing basis depending on our availability and bandwidth to offer free services. We try to offer one free website every one or two years. If you are selected, you will be contacted by phone or email. You may check in with the status of your application anytime.
