We just passed our one-year mark here at CryoDragon! Throughout the past year, we have built multiple websites and drawn multiple illustrations for different purposes. Through interactions with our clients and to better the services we provide, the team at CryoDragon believes that teaching clients how to take care of their purchased product at the end of each project is an essential step to empowering our clients with the ability to continue the work we have done on their site. This not only promotes trust and transparency between both parties, but a mutual understanding that the final product will be taken care of the right way.
A lot of our new clients request that training be provided at the end of the project so that they know how to log in to a WordPress website and make changes to their web pages in the future, especially if they are not on a maintenance plan with us. We completely agree with this. As a result, at least two hours of training plus a written training guide/document is provided to each of our web design clients to help them learn how to update and manage content on their site. Soon, CryoDragon will be preparing online video tutorials to help continue the training provided to our clients.
Graphic design is a very specialized field, especially computer graphics. You not only need a good creative spark, but also advanced knowledge in using graphic illustration software to bring your idea to life. At CryoDragon, we use some of the best software available to designers, including Adobe Illustrator. When we finish a design project, our clients usually request the Illustrator file with their artwork on it. But what if down the road, our clients want to change a colour or add something to that design? Of course, we would be more than happy to offer our services again to help, but if our client’s budget is tight, then it would be hard for them to make changes to the original design. With years of graphic design experience under our belt, the team at CryoDragon is excited to be starting our own YouTube channel dedicated to teaching beginners about Adobe Illustrator.
